ATS – All Time Sneakers is a UK-based footwear brand produced in Vietnam to suit local needs. ATS Vietnam offers versatile shoes designed for everyday activities. With a basic style and comfortable design, ATS aims to penetrate the Vietnamese market more deeply and reach a larger audience, especially the youth.

There is no official Facebook page in Vietnam yet. It needs to be created and managed from scratch.

Shopee

Since there is currently no Shopee channel, the team needs to develop a plan and create a Shopee account first.

Desired Goal

− The client aims to develop a Shopee store to expand their market and reach more Vietnamese consumers, particularly those who frequently shop online on this platform.

− Additionally, ATS hopes that running Facebook ads will enhance their reach and interaction with their target audience, leading to effective business outcomes and driving sustainable growth for the company.

− The client seeks not only to expand their market but also to build long-term and sustainable relationships with customers, thereby fostering the sustainable development of ATS in the Vietnamese market.

Challenge

The project's page has not been given significant attention, resulting in low reach and engagement. This hampers the effort to build brand recognition and establish positive interactions with customers on social media.

The Shopee store for the business is entirely new, with no existing information. This presents a major challenge for DIGIMAT in creating an impressive store to attract new customers, as the brand's presence and trust with customers have not yet been established.
